All items on the website are in stock and are usually despatched within 5 to 7 days during this lockdown period. 

UK POSTAL RATES

The postage charge for the UK is a flat rate of £3.75.  All orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Signed For.  

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We keep proof of posting and a reference number for every order sent.  Items lost or damaged in the post that have been packed correctly are usually insured. Once items are handed over to Royal Mail, delivery becomes their responsibility.  However, in the event of loss or damage, we will complete any necessary claim forms from Royal Mail on your behalf and liaise with the relevant postal service to achieve a satisfactory outcome.  In the event that this becomes necessary, please be aware a refund will be made as soon as we have clearance from the Royal Mail which can take several weeks (a minimum of 15 working days).  We will endeavour to keep you informed of all developments as appropriate.
